DELIVERY Information

Deliveries dates will be pre-arranged at point of sale. All deliveries will be made between Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. All deliveries will be at kerbside only.

Please ensure someone is available at the pre-arranged time to sign and help offload the items, if required.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however in an unlikely event where the items are not suitable, then you may return stock items or exchange these within 28 days with proof of purchase. We will process the refund within a max of 14 days.

Please note that the above is applicable for stock items ONLY.

Any items that are returned will need to be in good condition and with original packaging. The return of these items will need to be at buyer’s expense.

If an item is a ‘SPECIAL ORDER’ where a specific request has been placed to order the items with a specific quantity, then these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
